We’ve been looking for an affordable way to manage our team’s customer support, and ChatFlow is perfect. Being able to assign chats to different team members and add internal notes has made our workflow so much smoother. The Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp integrations work flawlessly. It’s definitely helped us improve our response time and keep our customers happy.
