It trains on your products, pages, blog posts and policies, so answers match what you sell and how you ship, return and refund. Shoppers can check an order by giving their order number and the email they ordered with. When a shopper leaves a checkout, Chatzy can follow up on WhatsApp or email, but only with shoppers who have opted in to marketing. Conversations and contacts stay yours.
