Chimeback adds a focused WhatsApp action to abandoned checkout details in Shopify admin. It prepares the customer phone number, name, store name, and secure recovery link. Review the message, then choose whether to send it. Nothing is sent automatically. Edit the store-wide default message and country code from the Chimeback app home. Shopify stores these preferences. No WhatsApp Business API account or external customer database is required.
