Update: 12/1/2025: Still no contact from Clearsale. Even though they were going to "Escalate" to the head of their customer service on 11/07/25. Still no contact about getting reimbursed, no coverage for the fraud that THEY said was OK to send. Do not use this service...It is a complete scam!
This app is a scam! After more than 4 years of having this app, we received our very first chargeback and have had little to no response from Clearsale. When they do respond, they are simply copy/paisting responses. They give you the runaround when pushing for reimbursement for a chargeback that THEY approved, even after you load up all the documents to their un-user friendly portal.
Now I'm trying to cancel the service and can't get anyone to respond. The chargeback was only for a $25.00 sale...Could you image if it was something of high value? I just can't believe we wasted all this money each money thinking we were protected.
