Send orders to Royal Mail Click & Drop with correct customs data, and tracking back to your store.

Cleatly sends your Shopify orders to your own Royal Mail Click & Drop account within seconds, and re-checks every 15 minutes so none go missing. Edits and cancellations follow automatically. HS codes and country of origin come from your products, with IOSS and EORI support; international orders missing customs data are held with a clear reason instead of failing in Click & Drop. When a label is printed, the tracking number comes back to Shopify and the order is marked fulfilled.
