Click Context is an amazing tool that helps easily drive real insights from user behavior. Being able to chat in plain language instead of navigating complex dimensions in a visualization tool allows this app to be used by team members of all backgrounds and skill levels. Highly recommend!
Very useful to get deeper insights into conversion insights when connecting to Claude. Also comes with a bunch of recommended prompts, so you can go from installing to insights in less than 5 minutes. Good stuff!
Great analysis tool for your store. It goes well past surface metrics: device-split funnels, per-page Core Web Vitals, exit analysis with scroll depth and single-page-exit rates, click and element heatmaps, and LLM-written session narratives that actually explain why people leave. Recommended for anyone doing serious CRO on Shopify.
Really happy with this app. My favorite feature is the playbooks, which make it much easier to ask the right kinds of questions and know what to look for (=super insightful). Bonus points for being so easy to set up & use. Definitely worth trying!
I've tried the usual session recording and heatmap apps, but watching recordings one by one rarely tells you much. Click Context structures the data so you can see what's happening and ask AI for insights on top of it. That makes it far quicker to find where customers get stuck and why they don't buy. 5 stars.

Compared to video recording tools like Hotjar or Clarity, I actually prefer the way Click Context presents the data. The information is structured, which makes it much easier to understand what is happening and ask AI for insights.
Instead of watching recordings one by one and trying to spot patterns manually, this helps surface where customers might be getting stuck and why they are not buying. Simple idea, but very useful for ecommerce. 5 stars.

A must have for every store!! Very useful, super fast way to dive deep into the data that otherwise would take days to analyze. Very happy and for sure will get more out of it the more I use it!
