We’ve been using ClickPost for order edits and cancellations and it’s been really helpful. Customers can make changes themselves instead of reaching out to support, which has saved our team quite a bit of time. Setup was pretty straightforward and the ClickPost team has been quick to help whenever we had any questions.
Really useful app for handling post-purchase order changes. Customers can update their orders themselves, which has reduced a lot of back-and-forth with our support team. Setup was simple and the ClickPost team has been very helpful whenever we needed anything.
Our experience so far with this app has been very great, It has given us great results and have helped us to improve our RTO rates. Bandwidth of customer team is also leived since customers are now editing their information without having the need to reach to support.
