CP: Order Editing & Upsell

A much needed solution to a very common support issue. Customers used to always reach out to us for changing their address or items, now they can edit it on their own. Multiple customers have reached out to us that they love this new feature! The team is superb with their support and responsiveness, and I keep seeing constant improvements in the product. Great tool. Easy to install and use. Really easy to quantify the value: Each time an order is edited is one call/email that I didn't have to manage. The customer service team is also really good, fast and responsive.

Works as described. I set an order editing window when customers can change/edit their own orders. They like it because it's fast and easy and I like it because it lowers my support tickets. Easily one of the best apps I have because it's easy to use and it gives both me and my customers what I want. It's a win/win app. The developers are always adding new features too, like upselling, that I appreciate. The more I can do within 1 app so I don't have to have a ton of apps, the better. I highly recommend.
