Cloudshelf has enabled us to provide an easy to use self-service platform for our in-store customers, simplifying our internal processed whilst simultaneously upgrading our customer-facing offerings.
With Cloudshelf, we are able to make it easy for customers to order products that are not available in-store to be dispatched to them (or friends & family!) without the hassle of leaving the store empty handed and needing to place an online order, or require a salesperson to arrange a special delivery order at the counter. Customers can browse our entire catalogue offered from our fulfilment centre and have their order dispatched to them with ease!
A special shoutout to Sofia for her personal support and commitment to our success in utilising the platform. It is clear that Sofia, and the entire team at Cloudshelf, are truly passionate about ensuring their users achieve success and provide a high-class experience to their customers.
The platform is easy to implement and does not take long to get accustomed to. It offers an extremely useful "Preview" function that enables you to virtually previous the platform that customers will interact with, this is an invaluable feature.
The ability to offer QR payment is more than just convenient, it is pivotal in the role of offering modern payment systems that ensures the customer feels in control and safe.
I am excited to continue utilising the Cloudshelf platform for our in-store customers and I hope my continued communications with the developmental team strengthen their app.
Absolutely amazing app. We mostly do online, and were encountering an issue that customers shopping at our physical location would go to buy something and someone had already just bought it online.
Cloudshelf has stopped that occurring, and also allowed us to remove our showroom to focus on our ecommerce.
