This page builder was easier to use than a lot of others I tried. I did occasionally have some issues but the developer was quick to sort them out. 5* for the support!

I loaded the app on our NPO ecomm site because I wanted a singular look and feel. Wow!!! I fumbled several times and duplicated code on some pages, but Adam is by far the BEST!!! Patient, knowledgeable and simply kind. Love that I can ask for assistance at 2am AST and being in the UK get an instant response. Thank you CMSPro for a powerful app, that in reality simply flows. This is definitely THE BEST app on Shopify for customizing pages. I love the interface and usability!! The help of the team is incredible and saved a LOT of Time and Money! This app has no analogs and every one who wants to have beautiful pages need it!

I wish I could give this app 6 stars! The software is so comprehensive (once you learn it) - wasnt much of a learning curve and Adam's excellent customer support helped me out. He was very kind and patient and timely with some of my requests, I have been on Shopify with one store for around 7 years and now am using Gravity's app for the first time with a new store. I have worked with so many apps over the years, Some good, some not so good. This one is the BEST.

EXTRAORDINAIRE !!!!! This app is with no doubt the best in his category. Even better than PageFly, GemPages, Shogun, etc... It reminds me of Elementor and Divi on Wordpress. In no time I resolved an issue on my front page and that was so easy that I'm wondering why I didn't test this app before instead of wasting money on "mainstream" apps. GREAT JOB guys !!!

Customer support is terrible!!!! I have tried to contact them via e-mail many times throughout 2021 and I have not heard from them at all. Their app works well, but when you need help, they are NOWHERE TO BE FOUND...... HOW CAN I REACH OUT TO YOU????????????

I have reached out to support multiple times to find out of I can change the pages from non index. Crickets. I would sure like some support. I didn't realize this to after I spent time making the page.

This webpage builder is nice. Been using the app for over a year, however, the company has yet to bring new template pages to choose from to date, which will allow the user to flow through building pages faster with better templates. Esp ones for product collection pages.

this app makes great pages and is easy to use and understand. only down side is that it is very buggy. text appears where it shouldn't, previews stop updating, not a very easy going interface.
