COD Flex: Cash on Delivery

Scores your native Cash-on-Delivery orders for refusal risk, so you don't ship parcels that return.

Your buyers pay with Shopify's own Cash-on-Delivery method at the native checkout — COD Flex never places orders and never touches checkout. When a COD order arrives it scores how likely it is to be refused, from the delivery region, the order value and the buyer's past refusals, and tags the risky ones so you call-confirm or hold them before paying to ship. Refused parcels teach the score through your courier's tracking. It also prints AWB labels and tracks delivery.
