Cash on Delivery increases return risk and handling costs. CODfee lets merchants add a COD surcharge inside a shipping rate, keeping the fee visible without a separate checkout line. COD payment only appears when that rate is selected. Merchants can also block COD based on order value, discount codes, cart weight, products, customer tags, delivery country, or shipping method.
