Before an order is placed, CODFlow checks the customer's phone number against real delivery and cancellation history from major couriers, then tags each order by risk tier so merchants know which ones to trust. Merchants can also set delivery charges by area or weight and run quantity discounts, bundles, and gift-with-purchase offers on COD orders.
