Confirm cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp, and see which confirmations did not get through.

Cash on delivery only works if the customer actually wants the parcel. CodWatchdog asks them on WhatsApp before you ship, and tags the order with their answer, so your team can see which parcels are safe to dispatch. It also watches its own delivery path. A confirmation Meta could not deliver is flagged in the app, and when Meta stops your message, your confirmations cannot go out, or an order never reaches the app, you get an email, instead of finding out when the parcels come back.
