Our team setup Commsayer to move from using an email inbox to a help-desk ticket system. Commslayer does that plus integrates social, shopify chat AND has AI reposnder. Plus you can enable a info/faq style section on your site.

Ummmmm how is this free??? I was skeptical at first, but WoW! Currently it just works, and that is beautiful. No frills. I migrated from Intercom after extensively analyzing all available options. Every support software out there keeps inflating their monthly pricing, making it nearly impossible to justify the cost.
