Wow, I've been using this app for months and now I can't imagine life without it. Its a game changer for CX and replying to all forms of social media comments and DMs.

And the price is amazing. I cant decide if the price or feature set is more impressive.

Also they are innovating at a crazy pace and have launched more features in any given week than Big G has released in the last year. Keep it up Karri!

We've tried several helpdesk tools for our Shopify store, but Commslayer has been the easiest to set up and use. The AI responses save our team a huge amount of time and the Shopify integration works perfectly. What really impressed us is how quickly the team ships new features and responds to feedback. Incredible value compared to other support platforms. Highly recommended.

The best CS platform we've tried — and the support makes it even better

We handle around 300 tickets a day for a health supplements brand, and Commslayer has genuinely transformed how our team operates. The ticketing system, Shopify integration, automation, and AI agent all work together seamlessly. The AI handles a huge chunk of our volume autonomously, freeing up our agents for cases that actually need a human touch.

Karri and the team deserve a special mention — responsive, proactive, and truly invested in your success. Whenever we've had issues or shared feedback, they've been quick to act. It feels like a platform that's being built with you, not just sold to you.

All that for more than an affordable price! Especially compared to other options available :)

Karri and team have been an amazing product at a very very reasonable price. I left Help Scout for Commslayer and the transition has been fantastic. Definitely recommend this platform for your customer service needs.

I've used Georgias and Zendesk previously. This is just as good - if not better - than either one for a fraction of the cost. There is no need to pay $1000s each month for a customer service app. This is the future of SaaS - strong apps that do what you need for a very reasonable price.

I ahve been doing this long enough that in my email somewhere is a bill from Zendesk for a $18,000 a year renewal, which is what started me to move to Gorgias and now to Commslayer.

This is not a shady company or anything wierd or spammy, its from the founder of Lifetimely, a well known SaaS app that was one of the first low-cost high feature apps on the App Store for Shopify.

Highly recommend.

Been using it since nearly the beginning. The team is making great efforts to improve the app and add new features. Fingers crossed that the Youtube comments integration is coming soon!

We previously tried Helpscout which did not work well for us and ended in a nightmare experience trying to migrate away from them (they tried to hold our data hostage).

We also looked into Gorgias but the pricing is insane and charging per "ticket" for every social media comment is completely absurd, especially for brands who get hundreds of comments a week across social media.

Very glad a new player like Commslayer is in the space, and hoping they don't take on VC money and raise prices like the typical software companies do.

We switched from Gorgias to Commslayer. It’s a great platform that allows us to manage our emails, chats, and social media in one place. Thanks to its AI bots, we’re able to provide support around the clock, just like a real agent would. We’re excited to see what else they have in store to continue improving the customer experience. The reporting still needs to be double-checked.

For me, helpdesk software has been like diet fads. I have tried (and abandoned) them all. The price*bloat multiplier always sends me back to the plain ol gmail inbox resorting to labels and other basic systems to triage and manage support. Commslayer hits the trifecta with low cost, ease of use, and a rich (and expanding) modern feature set. I've been using it for almost a year. This diet may actually stick!

The icing on top is that Kerri, the founder, is an industry veteran (and seemingly a genuinely solid human) and remains extremely passionate about his product.

We switched to Commslayer after using a more well-known app in this category that had become very expensive and still didn’t meet our expectations. Commslayer has been a fantastic replacement and honestly outperforms the other option by a mile.

This app works smoothly, does exactly what we need, and the pricing is very fair compared to other solutions.

Karri, the developer, has been excellent. He is responsive, helpful, and clearly cares about improving the app and supporting users.

If you're looking for a reliable and well-priced solution, We highly recommend Commslayer.

We moved over to Commslayer from Gorgias last year and haven’t looked back. Commslayer stood out immediately for how intuitive and well thought out the product is. All the key information we need is easy to find and clearly laid out, which makes it simple to respond quickly and stay on top of customer conversations. What’s been especially impressive is how consistently the platform continues to improve — new updates and refinements roll out regularly and genuinely make a difference. Beyond the product itself, the support team is exceptional. Karri and the wider Commslayer team are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and truly invested in their customers.
