It's really really great. Way better than gorgias and richpanel for sure for a way smaller amount of money. AI is SO Good that you can automated 90% of your tickets easily

Sometimes the data sync could go wrong/get stuck and end up with AI never getting the context it should've.

We've tried several helpdesk tools for our Shopify store, but Commslayer has been the easiest to set up and use. The AI responses save our team a huge amount of time and the Shopify integration works perfectly. What really impressed us is how quickly the team ships new features and responds to feedback. Incredible value compared to other support platforms. Highly recommended.

Insane App for customer service. I get around 30 messages weekly that I can handle now way better than manually before. Also lot of interesting things coming in the future. Highly recommend!
