We have used Commslayer in our NZ/AU ecomm business for 1+ years and love this app. The support team are easy to contact for any questions or requested improvements and you are updated regularly with developments in the software. We have had multiple agents using the app at a time and it's great to answer customer replies (using canned responses) or to collaborate with other team members before a reply is sent. Highly recommend!

Gorgias and Zendesk watch out! these guys are going to smoke you!
The platform takes a bit of time getting your head around - i got on an onboarding call and the team was really helpful including Bernardo.

They are working very hard and there are some growing pains but excited to adopt this product fully!

Great experience so far. Slack channel with the team for any issues which is amazing. Bernado was excellent for providing product demos and support. So much more advanced AI features than Zendesk, and 10% of the price, no brainer. Hope they can stay nimble and keep it affordable. Would 100% recommend.

Great app to use on the free plan if you are wanting to have a little better organization in your support inbox and want a support ticket system. That being said I started on the free plan and have upgraded to the basic since the developer is constantly updating and adding new features. It really seems like they take customer feedback into account and I love opening the app and seeing all the changes they make. Truly a great app, highly recommend.

As our business has grown, it's become almost impossible to manage reviews, Facebook comments, Facebook messages, support emails, etc. Commslayer has been a game changer to simplify and manage those channels in one place, one login. We're using the free help desk right now but are setting everything up to turn on AI to automate a lot of the things that we're doing manually today. Plus, this system will allow us to plug in part-time support agents to help out during peak seasons. This is a great product. The team is great. They're super helpful and responsive and I have no doubt that this will be the Judgeme of support products for Shopify moving forward.

Fantastic and affordable helpdesk that has transformed our customer service. So many AI automations that can answer customer queries or gather information from them without having to lift a finger. There's also constant improvements being made to the platform to make it more efficient and easy to use. This is the only helpdesk you should be using for your store!

I was on Gorgias before... solid tool but the pricing gets ridiculous once you add addons such as AI. Commslayer is a fraction of the cost and honestly does more than enough for my usage.

I run my brand solo. Once I set up the guidance rules and knowledge base, my AI agent handles 90% of tickets on its own.
Only the real edge cases land on my plate. For a one-person operation, that's everything.

What I love most is Karri's team shipping new features at an insane pace. Every time that update popup appears I'm genuinely smiling. You can feel the product getting better week by week.

If you're a solo founder drowning in support tickets ---> just switch. It's a no-brainer.

Switching over the Commslayer in 2026 is a no brainer. It cuts your bill by 10x while unlocking value way beyond customer support. For example, we use the MCP connection to prompt Claude all the time to learn about our customers.

Has everything I need to provide excellent customer service, Including the basic functionality like being able to directly attach a PDF document to a customer who can't find their product instructions, a level of basic functionality that Shopify Inbox couldn't be bothered to include. So moving over to Commslayer was an absolute no-brainer, and they have exceeded my expectations for customer service, ease of setup and a quality app at a very reasonable price. 100% recommended!

We have just switched from Gorgias. Been watching the roadmap for over a year whilst trying to take the leap of faith to switch and when I saw the speed of development vs Gorgias it became a no brainer. The AI is light years ahead and the dev work going into this tool is so much faster. Price as well, not comparable. CS wins

Excited to see the future of the platform and to truly leverage AI to reduce stress on myself and the team. Enjoying the helpful support as well!
