Very straightforward platform to use. In my opinion, it's much more user friendly than other platforms like Gorgias. Incredibly responsive team. Very glad we jumped ships :)

Honestly one of the best value apps we've added. The features keep improving and for the price it's a no-brainer.
Bernardo has been brilliant throughout, quick to respond, helped us get set up properly and always happy to answer questions. Feels like you're working with someone who actually cares whether it works for you.
Highly recommend for any eCommerce business looking to get on top of their customer service.

This has saved us literally hundreds of hours a month in customer service work! It has made us more productive, increased our sales and conversion rates and been a life saver! Customers now feel heard and valued right away and the responses don't immediately feel like AI! Considering the high prices of most any other option, this is hands down the best value you can get for a customer service tool! Implementation on your own is very hard, but their one time implementation cost was worth every penny and I also highly recommend that!

I'm not sure how they offer this deep set of features at this price. Even the Free version is crazy good. Support has been prompt. Highly recommend.

For me, helpdesk software has been like diet fads. I have tried (and abandoned) them all. The price*bloat multiplier always sends me back to the plain ol gmail inbox resorting to labels and other basic systems to triage and manage support. Commslayer hits the trifecta with low cost, ease of use, and a rich (and expanding) modern feature set. I've been using it for almost a year. This diet may actually stick!

The icing on top is that Kerri, the founder, is an industry veteran (and seemingly a genuinely solid human) and remains extremely passionate about his product.

Commslayer has helped us organize our support really well. It is the best app out there for support if you have a Shopify store.
