Great app and great support! I had a few questions during setup, and the support team responded instantly - fast, professional, and very friendly.

I migrated from Intercom after extensively analyzing all available options. Every support software out there keeps inflating their monthly pricing, making it nearly impossible to justify the cost. I’ve always been on the lookout for a tool as complete as this one—of course, it’s still missing a few features compared to the industry giants, but updates keep rolling in, and it’s getting better fast.
So far, I haven’t encountered a single bug, and the support team has been incredibly responsive. I genuinely think they’re on track to dethrone the big dogs who have dominated this space for years while continuously raising prices unfairly.
At first, I was skeptical—I couldn’t understand how they could offer this for free. It’s the complete opposite of what’s standard in the industry. But after testing, I can confidently say: fully approved.

Swapped from Gorgias where we felt that we were overpaying for basic features. Happy with our decision. Karri is active and it's clear the aspirations for this are high through ongoing development and improvements, with feedback sought from users. Honestly is a gamechanger. At the FREE pricepoint you wont find anything better and it is far better than simply using G-Suite for CS. Has AI, auto hides bad comments, etc. Give it a try.

These guys started recently but they beat gorgias for a fraction of the price and they are constantly working on new features.
I am so lucky to have found this app.

My experience with Commslayer has been incredible. I've been a long time Zendesk user for support on another store of mine, and recently opened a new brand. This was the perfect time for me to test something new. So I started with Commslayer.
My support team LOVES it and is asking me to migrate the other store to Commslayer as well (I will soon, I tell them!). It's faster, easier, and has the integrations we need directly with Shopify.
Not only do I highly recommend Commslayer, I'm baffled why it wouldn't be every owner's first pick.
