Just pure value all the way. These guys have solved all the painpoints with running CS for a small-ish store and best of all the price is amazing (free atm). 8/5 stars if it would be possible.

I was about to write "by far the best value for money support platform," but that seems silly when it's totally free.

So, instead, I'll just write that it's the best support platform of all the platforms we've used, and we've been through a few: both Gorgias (too expensive), Re:amaze (buggy UI), and DelightChat (also buggy UI). CommSlayer is my favorite — by far.

My current favorite feature is the Superhuman-like keyboard shortcuts that allows me to go through tickets blazingly fast

Moved away from Gorgias as they were ripping us off with their pricing (otherwise it's a great product). Now I'll get all FB/IG ad comments into our helpdesk for free.

Really impressed with this app. It took me just a few minutes to set up, and it started handling customer messages almost right away. The AI replies are surprisingly accurate and sound natural, which saves me a ton of time. Support team is super responsive too. Definitely worth trying if you run a Shopify store.

Karri (Co-founder) is really helpful via email :-) The software is really good, definitely on par with things like Help Scout (that we've used before this). Recommended!
