ComplyGate stops the order inside Shopify own checkout, so the block holds on Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Build a restriction in one screen: pick goods by tag, collection or product, then tick the US states, provinces or countries they must not ship to. Paste a list such as UT, MA, Idaho and it becomes codes. Import a ban matrix as CSV and check every row before it goes live. Test an address, then switch enforcement on. No legal presets, no state ever pre-selected. You write the rules.
