Map conditional form paths visually, preview every change, and publish through your store theme.
FormSwitch helps merchants build adaptive storefront forms and understand every answer-based branch before publishing. Use the visual flow to see always-visible fields, conditional fields, and their rules. Configure six field types, required inputs, character and length controls, casing, colors, spacing, and typography. Preview changes live, publish with a theme app block, and track draft, published, and submission totals in one workspace.
- Map answer-based branches on a visual conditional flow
- Build and preview forms without editing theme code
- Validate characters, casing, spacing, and text length
- Match store styles with presets, colors, and hosted fonts
- Publish with a theme app block and track submissions
