The best POS company by far and so far the best support team I have used with any app on Shopify. They went above and beyond making every one of my needs a reality.

ConnectPOS has been a life saver for me. As Shopify did not identify Malaysia as one of the location for Shopify Payments, we were halted. Then we found ConnectPOS who actually help us to setup POS system and to integrate with the terminal card reader.

Natalie Luong from ConnectPOS made the onboarding and implementation as smooth as it could be. Good explanation and support from her. She even created documentation for us as a guide.

Natalie, from ConnectPOS in-house team helped me and my organization to resolve the biggest problem we had with Shopify Offline Store which was the payment and terminal card integration. ConnectPOS now acts as our POS instead of Shopify POS as Shopify payment was not available in Malaysia.

ConnectPOS would be the definite app/vendor to reach out to wherever Shopify Payments are not available.

They have a pretty good support. Allows you to use Shopify POS on Windows.
Pricing makes sense too.

One of the best POS features and the support is perfect. Connectpos allow users to change the product price per order which you can not find on other POS that has integration with Shopify

We have been using this app for about 4 months now and found it to be well laid out and easy to use.
Because the links to the main Shopify servers are slow in South Africa, we experience a delay in the time from scanning a product to when it appeared in the POS register.
By using the offline mode, the time from scan to appearing in the register is now acceptable.

Great app and with a very helpfull assistance. Recently added with my shopify store and it is very easy to use.

Good service, excellent app, reliable. The only thing is that it doesn't work with shopify gift card and discount codes. I believe that is on the shopify part.

I have been using this pos for some months now, after coming from another pos system for the last 10+ years.

Leia has been fantastic throughout this all process, always willing to help and never ever complained just got on and got the job done, so i would like to thank Leia and her team for all their kind words, understanding, and many remote sessions just to get everything spot on,
Leia i have told you often I believe you have a really good pos system and with a tweak here a tweak there we will get there .

I use this app after opening a physical store. I was looking for a solution to sync my inventory with my shopify onlinne store and my point of sale store. This app is a great solution for me. If you are looking for a workarround solution to the shopify POS I highly recommend this app. Then customer service is very responsive.

Very nice app for using Shopify with a retail store and a PC. Would recommend. Also has very good Customer Service.

The app is brilliant. Does exactly what I want it to do. The Shopify option only allows for use on phones and tablets, and is currently only available on ios. A special mention to the staff at Connect. Their problem solving was superb 5 stars!

Fantastic! We switched to POS system (by ConnectPOS) from another app on here (which was unreliable) but this app has been brilliant and has made our staff's lives easier in the shop.
Easy to set-up and lots of customizable features. The support has been fantastic also. Any little query the customer support have been on hand to answer them very quickly.
Been using approx 3 weeks so far and very happy with it.

We chose connectPOS so that we can have a synchronised inventory as we conduct sales both online and in a physical store. From the POS applications we tried out ConnectPOS stood out immediately due to their personalised level of customer service. Claire has been answering all our questions from the start and even organised a google meet session to take us through the system on the first day. Any bugs that we reported were quickly fixed and the app is under constant development and improvement. The system itself is easy to navigate and straightforward, which meant that even new staff were able to quickly pick it up without having to do extensive training. Overall, its a great POS app that syncs with the Shopify store and the support service is impeccable.

Trust me everyone this is way better than other POS software in the market literally. It is Simple to use. and the customer service are super amazing . And worth of money .And i dont know how can anyone even rate this app so low i guess its the best app and i recommending u all this pos software leave other software this one is the best. i have used this app before, but something went wrong with it, and it was deleted from my store. Now i cant install the app. I get this error message.

WOW! I finally found what I am looking for! Guys, if you need a zero problems POS for your business, you have found the right app here. Very user friendly system and extremely supportive back end staff. If you still need any customizations for your business in the POS, they do it for you as well.
I have been browsing and testing so many apps to support my shopify website, but none of them does support to my local needs. Connectpos is the best POS I have ever found after working with so many world leading POS systems. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
