We have been with Connex since 2018. I am a bookkeeper and have had to navigate the automation of Shopify order entry into Quickbooks by the seat of my pants. Connex has gone downhill recently. The support is terrible, you'll wait days in between responses trying to solve sync issues. Their website is slow and buggy. I've been a customer for years, no more. Save yourself aggravation and avoid Connex.
Thank you for your feedback. Our site had some downtime issues in April of 2025. We are sorry for the inconvenience to your account. Since then, we have made improvements to our communication with customers, increasing our hardware, and updating our code to improve performance. We have implemented status page, which will send mass emails when our site goes offline.
