Had to delete it. New updates they did kept voiding past three months sales with a rounding error. Had to delete all the sales and have them sync again. Happend three time. Duplicate entries etc. What a nightmare. After I got made this is what the owner said.

Thanks for the feedback.

I don't think this is a good fit for us as a customer and I think it's best if we part ways. I recommend using a 3rd party IMS like Cin7 and A2X for a business of your size.

I will cancel the account immediately and refund the last month.

We understand Tom's frustration and apologize for the disruption he experienced.

After reviewing the account, we found that the workflow being used was outside our recommended setup. The account was syncing a high volume of individual sales transactions into QuickBooks under individual customer names, which is not a workflow we typically recommend for businesses processing thousands of monthly orders. Most customers at this scale use our summary payout feature, which groups transactions and simplifies reconciliation.

During troubleshooting, we identified and corrected an issue involving an additional line item that could contribute to reconciliation discrepancies. We also recommended alternative solutions that are better suited for businesses requiring detailed order-level inventory management and individual order syncing.

Because we were unable to provide a solution that aligned with the customer's preferred workflow, we felt it was best to part ways and issued a refund for the most recent month of service.

We strive to be transparent about what our platform is designed to support and will continue improving our software based on customer feedback.

We have been with Connex since 2018. I am a bookkeeper and have had to navigate the automation of Shopify order entry into Quickbooks by the seat of my pants. I couldn't have done it without Joseph and the team at Connex. They held my hand upon initial implementation and they have continued to provide excellent service over the last seven years. I recommend this integration and the team at Connex.

I recently had a unique issue affecting my sync and the support team worked with me over a couple of days to isolate the issue and fix it. We have been with Connex since 2020 and I can count on one hand how many times we have had an issue with the program. When we have had an issue they are quick to respond and knowledgeable to know how to fix the issue.

Connex has gone downhill recently. The support is terrible, you'll wait days in between responses trying to solve sync issues. Their website is slow and buggy. I've been a customer for years, no more. Save yourself aggravation and avoid Connex.

Thank you for your feedback. Our site had some downtime issues in April of 2025. We are sorry for the inconvenience to your account. Since then, we have made improvements to our communication with customers, increasing our hardware, and updating our code to improve performance. We have implemented status page, which will send mass emails when our site goes offline.

Update: Connex has finally hired a dedicated customer service team and is working on improving support, help docs, and the user interface. The support has helped us understand the tool better and how to make the most of it.
No other tool has worked for us because our current setup is way too complicated and Connex has been the best tool to make our transactions into Quickbooks for desktop.

I find Connex very responsive and very helpful in their support to their clients. I am always met with understanding of my issue and knowledge of my issues at all levels. I am glad to be with them in helping me move my information.

Connex is a good service and make things much easier for us. Any time we are having an issue it seems to be resolved fairly quickly and if not, Joe jumps right in to help. It's nice to know the owner isn't afraid to still help out when needed. Thanks!

I'm updating this review because it seems things have changed at Connex. They've got great customer service now, and they're following through on issues affecting business with good advice and timely fixes. I'm very happy with the response time from the support team.

If you need to save time getting orders into QuickBooks, or if you're creating orders in QuickBooks that need to be synced into shipping integrations, give Connex a try. You'll be happy you did!
