We were worried an AI phone platform would mean quietly replacing people. Consio did the opposite. It picks up overflow, handles the first touch on cart recovery, and routes calls cleanly. All while our sales and support reps are still the ones closing the tough conversations and building relationships with customers. This is the best AI voice agent for Shopify stores that actually respects the humans on the front lines instead of trying to sideline them.

We've been using Consio to run our phone operations and sales and it's been great. Their AI Voice agent for Shopify is fully integrated in our commerce data and can run very complex troubleshooting calls about our water softener system. Our human team is also working out of Consio and it provides us with clear attribution on who's closing sales and contributing to the team. Highly recommend!!!
