Following Shopify advice on making people aware of the EU Cancellation/withdrawal rights of customers, I set about finding a solution. The staff at wfbpanda couldn't have been more help and I was up and running with the correct messages and responses in a very short space of time.

I would highly recommend use of their app and services.

Excellent support and great app!

I’m very happy with both the app and the support from WebPanda. I needed the autoresponder for a custom contact form on my Shopify store, with several additional fields that had to be included in the automatic confirmation email to the customer.

Initially, the app didn’t support all of these custom fields, but the WebPanda team responded incredibly quickly and actually made an adjustment to the app specifically to make it work with my form. They kept in touch throughout the process and helped until everything was working exactly as needed.

The autoresponder now works perfectly, including all the custom form data. Great functionality, fast communication and truly outstanding customer service.
