A really easy and simple app to use and works well! They offer fantastic support aswell as I had some technical issues, but it was quickly resolved.

I have installed the app. recently, which gives a flexibility to display the contact form either on top or bottom of any pages. So it helped a lot in fixing thins to my contact page.

However, the app. needs some fixes - when a change is made to the contact page, Contact form master disappears automatically. You need to uninstall and Install the form again. This issue needs to be fixed.

So far the app works well. The developer has been helpful with the set up and answering questions. Once the quires come in from the website i'll know more but for now all good.

I used this app to create my custom design form. In setting it up, I had some issues and support was just AMAZING! I have to say, you do not expect such fantastic support from a free app at all and I am just so pleased. Lots of functionality in the app itself. The form does not accept multilingual characters. It will also be good if the confirmation emails are sent.
