My chat function does not work, I have sent emails to support, and I was sent one reply 10 hours ago, and no one has replied since then... I have technical issues, losing sales, and no help????

We have been using CookieYes for a long time and now across multiple stores. This app seamlessly integrates with their service and offers a comprehensive guide for implementation with Shopify. The functionality is impressive, allowing for both manual and scheduled cookie scans, and it’s easy to incorporate your cookie list into your policy. The cookie banner is highly customizable and user-friendly, enabling users to switch on/off different cookie types and easily revisit their consent. Additionally, you have access to a consent log if needed, and it's convenient to manage multiple domains within one account. Our experience with their support team has been very positive—they are always helpful and responsive. Overall, CookieYes provides an excellent service that meets all our needs efficiently.

Had my issues with other Google CMP approved apps and had rather low expectations. But it was that easy, installing it and it actually worked as designed, respectively all functionalities remained working in my shop. With other apps I had issues that e.g. my cart was deleted.
