Corner Cart Drawer & Free Gift

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any app on shopify and I've tried a lot.
The app is also excellent... Using it for upsells and free gifts with purchase has increased our AOV from £50 to £70 and virtually eliminated customer saying they missed to add their gift.
It's one of the best apps we have on our sites and one of the first apps we apply to new sites. Can't recommend enough!

Great little app with brilliant support

This is a great little app and very good value for money. The support team are absolutely brilliant – quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

It doesn’t have all the functionality of some of the much larger (and far more expensive) cart apps, but it does everything we need. We’re using it to create cart upsells, automatically add free products when customers hit spend thresholds (ie. £50), and trigger celebrations when goals like free shipping or rewards are reached.

Those celebration moments are really motivating for customers and add a nice interactive touch to the cart experience. For the price point, it’s definitely worth it and does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity.

Very poor customer support, no one helps, the UI looks very cheap and bad. Doesnt align with our store, when asks for help no one replies

PS. I wrote a very good review earlier when I received very good customer service. But now I have to retract it. Just 2 days ago I setup a BOGO campaign and everything was working when I tested it. Had to wait for support for a while though. But it worked out. Today I had to turn that campaign as 'active' and half of it is not working. All I get is 'Sync failed' message. The support is nowhere to be found. Cannot reach anyone.

Helpsdesk is very quick and helpfull and the features are great

Great customer service, I have never dealt with another business with Customer Service like this... Live chat actually worked, dealt with 5 different people including the CEO to fix the problem. They really care about what they do. Customer Service is a dying art, as AI begins to naturally take over, you can feel the decline of care across businesses. Amazing app, fully customisable which i needed. Support is very very good and was available on live chat who helped me tremendously to customise the look. Very happy with the price, support and the functionality of the app. Highly recommended.
