Setup was really straightforward, I installed the app and it pulled in our whole catalog by itself. The onboarding was super simple, and you can customize how the AI behaves.
I wasn't expecting much beyond the chat honestly but there's a lot more going on. There's a dashboard where you can see what products people ask about, how many end up adding to cart, email opt-ins, etc.
The smart match feature is also really cool. It groups your products by customer type and what they're looking for. We're in skincare and it was surprisingly accurate, we barely had to tweak anything.
The app is still pretty new, but the team is really responsive and they genuinely take feedback into account. They seem to be pushing updates regularly too, so curious to see how it evolves.
