I like the principle of the app but it's difficult to manage visibility on a product level because the search bar function never works and you can't change the ranking of products from oldest to newest (newest to oldest would be better) so you have to scroll through and wait for the products to load which is time consuming

i was having issues of not seeing the widget on the theme, but im using a test theme since we are launching a new theme; so the support helped me how to still see the widget on the preview ilnk to test it out

I love having a stock count down feature on my website, I didn't know we could turn it off for specific products (such as items where the stock count isn't tracked, so I've turned it off for that since the SOH isn't applicable) Eva replied to me instantly and helped me within a couple messages with my question.
