The developer is amazing! Customer-focused and is very skilled at what he does. Adam listens to your feedback and implements it as you need.
In regards to the software, it is a great way to capture in-store data from customers at POS while you are ringing them up. Additionally, its a great solution for a customer facing display as most of the time (previously) customers have no idea what you are ringing up, what the cost is, etc. -- which are all perfectly displayed using CounterConnect!
Could not recommend more!!!
