Friendly and responsive customer service.
The app itself has not been great in our case (in particular due to inability of grouping countries into regions, which caused unmanageable number of regional product variants in the catalog).

It is work for business. We can not put a price like 5.99 or 5.90, we need to change all prices. For social media customer shows 2 or more prices on. Because of variants , stocks are shown on double or more on admin panel. it can be confusing for customers. App can be purchased , for business purpose. It did not match our requirements. It works very well on marketing discount. they requested to see the orders details, we think it is not necessary for using app.There are special information for customer and no need to see it. Support team is very helpful when we solve the communication problem.

Thanks for the feedback.

App works for online store only. Hence, it canot be used for social media channels.

About stocks it is on admin side only and it get reduced accordingly when the order is placed from any foreign country with the autosync inventory feature of the app. It is not seen by customers.

We need order access to manage currency formatting in settings. We do not take any other details.

Overall, problematic app, solves the issue if you want to have customized pricings for multi currencies. But the process to update each and every item is painful and does not work well with Facebook Channel. Also, if you prefer to be able to set your own conversion rates, this might not be the right app for you. Overpriced, and would rather have a different domain with shopify if I have to pay 29 a month with all the troubles.

I am hoping this app works. So far is coming up with error message when creating a new market. The developer has been helpful and is looking into it. Fingers crossed. If I can get it up running I will update my review.
