StoreYa is impressively easy to set up and user-friendly, making the integration process seamless. While it's been a great addition to our e-commerce tools, I do wish it offered more email provider options. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.
Good app. Only issue I have is that when activating the email subscriber box option, people can enter a fake email and the coupon code is revealed to them right away with any opt-in verification. There should be a opt-in or email verification, before coupon is shown to customer.
Because of this issue I have disabled collecting emails using this app and instead use a different app.
Overall I like it. I would like to have more control over where it shows up, like just on the check out pages. I'd also like to have more control over the design. I created a graphic as the background that contained the copy I wanted but it did not work even though I used the size you specified.
Nice app. Easy to install and customize. Provides a good resource if you are thinking about incentivate shopping and increase your follower's number at the same time.
I'm not a fan of their powered by links on the page at all.. but a little CSS takes care of that. I'd understand if it was free, but paying for an item and having their links on the popup is just confusing for my customers.
That being said, it works fine and is doing a great job of building up my mailing list. The mailing list is giving me very good results!
Coupon Pop is a good app, and it does what it says it does. On the pros side:
* Their customer service is great & fast to respond
* Coupons are very easy to set up with a user-friendly interface
* Easy to bulk upload unique coupon codes
However to make this a 5 star app, I really need this functionality:
* I am looking to offer a coupon for 15% off a first purchase by new customers only. Currently, CouponPop does not provide any method to ensure the coupon is used by individual customers only once (there is only a 2 week cookie placed on the customer's computer, so in theory, they could come back again in 2 weeks and get another code).
They need to be able to sync to my MailChimp account/email list and verify that a customer is truly new, or if they have already signed up for my list previously (maybe track IP address?) I inquired about this, and it's apparently on their roadmap.
I've only been up & running a week with Coupon Pop and discounts are being redeemed daily. It has definitely increased the conversion rate.
It does what it is supposed to do. Was nice while it was free. To us, it's not worth the $9.99/mo when there are other free apps out there. They should have a free version with a limited number of impressions per month for us smaller people that just don't have the volume of visits or sales to make the monthly fee worth it. Thanks for the last year of coupon pops!
The set up process was very easy and only took a few minutes.
Love this app, but it would be great to see a "follow us on instagram" option and an option to close the popup tab on our website!
Just installed this app in my shop it seems to be working fine. Very smooth integration
