Courses Plus

The Courses app is perfect for our needs, and the customer service and support is top notch and really fast. Impressive! Highly recommended,

My name is Mohammad El Medawar. I have a website called TrainerMohammad.com.
I wanted an LMS with unlimited number of users. After a lot of searching, I found this app and I can definitely give it a 5 over 5

1- The team is very responsive to my emails
2- The thing that I liked the most about the communication with the team is that, in case you dislike exchanging emails, they can do ZOOM calls. This is what they did with me several times. We were able to properly communicate and exchange ideas and understand everything properly
3- The team is very flexible in terms of modification. Every time I request an update, they immediately solve it, and in case it is not clear for them, they ask you to send them a screenshot or a video recording to assist you.
4- Although I'm requesting additional customizations, but they are not taking any additional amount of money. All these modifications are within the package that I bought.
5- When I first tried their app, it didn't work properly on my SCORM files. So, I reached out to them, and I sent them a sample of SCORM files. Believe it or not, they modified the whole app and they included the type of SCORM files that I have.

I am loving the software. It had a couple of clunky things that weren’t working properly with iOS. I reached out to the developers, and they were tremendously responsive in working with me to fix the issue. Really nice to know that there is a supportive atmosphere behind the software. Thank you so much!

I want to rate this app a 5.0 and their customer service is amazing they were patient and kind and helped me 100%. The developer team was quick and the customer service lady / support tech lady Dayana helped me to calm down and to stay focused on resolving my issue. She was amazing!! We wanted to find an easy to use Shopify application to share our lessons and the Courses app + Architecture Pro team have been the right choice. They are very diligent and their customer service is on point. Great asset.

I checked out all the course app options for Shopify and I am by far more impressed with Courses Plus than any of the other ones. It does exactly what it says it will do and it's delivering everything I need for my business.

I would highly recommend using the Courses Plus app. I've had a wonderful experience working with their customer service reps. Elizaveta, Mariya and Olesksii have been extremely helpful and responded immediately and thoroughly to all of my questions. They've gone over above and beyond to to assist with my technical questions. I give them 5 stars!

I've been using Courses to host our several masterclasses, and it's been terrific so far. The support has been phenomenal, they even added a new button feature request (basically overnight), and the customer's view interface is pretty good. V happy on all those fronts. The only thing I would say is that I'm not sure what I'll do if I max out on my current lesson allowance - the jump up to the final tier would be beyond our budget. The pricing seems to assume that any business with more than 100 lessons is a corporation, but there are many small-ish businesses like mine with several multi-chapter classes that can stack up pretty quickly. That aside, I totally recommend this app. Thanks again for the support so far!
