Booking App Schedule Cowlendar

Adding available time slots is way too hard. We do not do it often, and every time we try it, we need to reach out to the customer service. We already took notes, still, can not navigate to adding specific time slots on specific dates. This app is very very hard to use!!!
I wish Shopify would have another option other than Cowlendar App to add to our webpage as appointment scheduling app. We have been using it for over a year and extremely unhappy with it.

The app itself is fantastic and really super flexible for whatever you're looking to do - but the support team goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the resources you need to be successful. a+++

The support on this product is great. The fact it integrates seamlessly into shopify is such a relief compared to something like a Calendly Integration. If you are using Shopify as a core pillar of your business and need to schedule products, this is the best option.

I was having a really hard time with the Cowlendar app. I tried so many times, but nothing worked. I entered the support team chat, and Mateo solved my problem quickly, preventing me from losing bookings. Thank you very much for the help; it is a good feeling to know I can count on you!

This app has been a brilliant asset and great addition to what we offer and how we offer it. The support is alway really helpful and quick. A massive shout out to Alex for talking me through how to reschedule bookings!

If I could rate ZERO stars I would.

Months ago I changed my subscription down to the free one due to no longer using it.

Come to find out I have been getting charged $40 a month for months. I instantly chat with staff and am told they don’t have any access to see when I changed. They put me in contact with the “developer”. Magically hours later I’m resubscribed for the highest package and told I’m going to be charged AGAIN in 2 days. I changed it back to the free package for it still to show pending ANOTHER charge from them in 2 days. This app is hard to use. That was my main reason for leaving. It does not link easily to your site and they just steal your money. Find another app. It’s not worth it.

I had used a different app before switching to Cowlendar and not only is it better functionality-wise, but the support team is beyond helpful! They find answers for my problems every time. Perfect app for my needs.

A clean and neat UI both on both the front and back ends makes using it easy for both the customer and team. Support is prompt and knowledgeable, meaning your issues are addressed and solved quickly!

Not only does Cowlendar have the features we were looking for, but the support team has been the most responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of getting it set up the way we want. Highly recommend!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL support. The team is responsive and fast and really goes the extra mile helping with custom configurations. App looks good on site and is easily customizable. Theo was a stellar help and really did his utmost to help us with our scheduling and rental setup. Highly recommended.
