Appointment Booking Cowlendar

This app has changed my business already for the better. Within a week, I have an infinitely better booking system with the ability to do add ons, take wait list appointments and so much more. The support I received was 5-STAR. Let me say that again... the support I received was 5-STAR. At all hours of doing this project, there was someone educated in the system, FAST, responsive and above and beyond helpful to get the system implemented. So far this is one of the best experiences I have had with a Shopify app. My recommendation for future improvements would be to be able to take an initial booking with a 50% downpayment *AND* have the ability for customers to add a promo code off the cost of service prior so that it's applied to the bill. Also, applying a promo code to the first time membership offering would be pretty nice upgrade as well. Just a suggestion, even without those features this app is outstanding. I want to sincerely thank the owner and creator of this app for making a measurable impact to my small business. You have added GREAT value and I appreciate you and your whole team.

Judy just helped me out--I had made a couple mistakes setting up an event and she was able to walk me through what was going on. The app offers so many configuration options that it is easy to overlook something, and it's not all completely intuitive, but I love that it can do what I need it to do and I'd guess most users would be too. It's also fantastic to have reliable, responsive, knowledgeable support at my fingertips so my live website doesn't have lingering mistakes.

I joined yesterday on a Sunday. I had several questions and they were all answered in real time. And it was soooooo much easier than VCita! Even a non-techie like me was able to change over all of my services to the calendar which links directly to my Shopify payment. It also easily replaced the buttons I already had on my site and I only had to make a few tweaks on code. It's a free 7 day trial but on day one of that free trial it was worth all the money I will spend with Cowlendar. Super grateful to have found Cowlendar!

so far so good. scheduling a class is a little clunky, but I am figuring out the work-arounds. I wish I could write individual emails for each class without using klaviyo

I've installed, setup and uninstalled 3 different booking apps before Cowlendar, and none of them were able to address my clients unique booking requirements.

The team at Cowlendar held my hand and put up with all my questions and stupidity, and never faulted once. They were patient and incredibly supportive, and even though we initially struggled to find a solution to a particular setup, they never gave up.

Judy in particular, was incredible!! When I had a dumb moment (and I had plenty!), she tried her best to explain it to me over, and over again, until I understood. Whenever I made a mistake and messed up a setting that we had finally solved, she took over and found my error. She was instant in her replies, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. She really was heaven-sent!

The app itself is SO easy to set up and navigate. It's simple, effective and straightforward. And it's so highly customizable - it really can accommodate any unique setup. And the user interface is as easy.

For an event-booking system, I HIGHLY recommend Cowlendar.

I’ve start using Cowlendar app and overall it’s truly excellent, but I ran into a complex issue due to another app I must use for my country. Since we recently adopted the euro, we need dual currency display, and unfortunately that app was conflicting with the Cowlendar in a way that blocked its functionality.

I couldn’t remove the other app because there’s no good alternative, so the situation was quite tricky.

Theo from the support team was absolutely outstanding. He patiently listened to everything I explained, answered all of my (many!) questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Together, we managed to find a solution that allowed us to use the Cowlendar app in its full potential—> without having to compromise or remove the other app.
His level of dedication and professionalism is rare.

Amazing app and even more amazing support. Highly recommended!
