I was having issues with billing (an issue bigger than the app or user error) and the developer reached out and immediately fixed the issue. He also continued to reach out to ensure it didn’t happen the next billing cycle. Hands down amazing customer service.
This app was easy to set up, and easy to customize to your exact wants!
Adding available time slots is way too hard. We do not do it often, and every time we try it, we need to reach out to the customer service. We already took notes, still, can not navigate to adding specific time slots on specific dates. This app is very very hard to use!!!
I wish Shopify would have another option other than Cowlendar App to add to our webpage as appointment scheduling app. We have been using it for over a year and extremely unhappy with it.
The app itself is fantastic and really super flexible for whatever you're looking to do - but the support team goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the resources you need to be successful. a+++
Great company, great app. They're very responsive to support questions, and they've been able to help us figure out some unique booking situations. The calendar takes a bit of time to figure out, but once you understand the process, it's very easy. We switched from SLOT Booking, and we much prefer Cowlendar.
The support on this product is great. The fact it integrates seamlessly into shopify is such a relief compared to something like a Calendly Integration. If you are using Shopify as a core pillar of your business and need to schedule products, this is the best option.
I was having a really hard time with the Cowlendar app. I tried so many times, but nothing worked. I entered the support team chat, and Mateo solved my problem quickly, preventing me from losing bookings. Thank you very much for the help; it is a good feeling to know I can count on you!
This app has been a brilliant asset and great addition to what we offer and how we offer it. The support is alway really helpful and quick. A massive shout out to Alex for talking me through how to reschedule bookings!
Cowlendar has been a better option for us in regards to online bookings for reservations and events. The chat feature is super helpful, there is always someone available to answer all my questions!

Lots of flexibility and customization in regards to configuring the app to fit your specific needs! A clean and neat UI both on both the front and back ends makes using it easy for both the customer and team. Support is prompt and knowledgeable, meaning your issues are addressed and solved quickly!
