Update-
Been using the app for a little while now and love it. Can't beat the customer service and support neither. I have made silly mistakes and asked lots of questions and every single time Leo has been patient and has never made me feel stupid.

Not had a chance to use the app yet but I'm giving a 5 star rating for the customer service from the founder, Leo. Super quick to help, friendly and got the app all verified for me immediately.

I have been using this app for 6 months now and have only good things to say about it! The app itself covers all my booking needs and is easy to use and set up. The support is extremely helpful and responsive, all hiccups get resolved in less than half an hour, you just stay in the chat, and they respond. No emails that take a few days to be answered. I love it and will keep using it! 100% worth the price!

I've had this app for a few months, but haven't done any deep dives into using it properly. After a few weeks of having questions but not having the sense to ask for help in the chat, I finally got up the nerve and I am SO glad that I asked because Leo was beyond kind, patient and helpful. I am excited to have my questions answered and be able to utilize this app more fully. Loving the experience so far thanks to Leo!

This team literally answers my stressed out questions within 2minutes every single time. Normally just setup and user error on my part. 10/10 would recommend. Flawless support and powerful system.

Easy to use and easy to set-up. Specifically nice if you want people to pay for the appointment. I actually cannot think of any feature missing. Support availability via live chat is also good.

Customer service is fantastic. I couldn’t figure out a problem I was having with my bookings, Anna from support, messaged back immediately, logged into my account and diagnosed the problem.

Anna then provided me with step by step instructions to fix the issue.

I had been trying to figure it out for weeks and Anna fixed it in 2 minutes. Great app, great product, great customer service.
