CRAIM gives AI employees read-only access to your orders, so they answer in Gmail, WhatsApp and Telegram with the current payment, shipping and tracking status and help spot a typo in the delivery address. Order details go only to a verified customer: one writing from the email or WhatsApp number on the order, or confirming a code sent to that email. Approve or edit replies in your admin, or let an employee reply alone.
