Onze ervaring met Crowny
Als webshop in Pokémon TCG sealed products draait TCG Holland om een community van verzamelaars die regelmatig terugkomen.
Om die loyaliteit ook echt te belonen, zijn we Crowny gaan gebruiken als loyalty-app voor onze Shopify store.
De installatie en setup waren makkelijk geregeld geen ingewikkelde code, binnen no-time stond ons puntensysteem live.
Het Crowny Portal geeft goed overzicht van hoe het programma presteert. Ook fijn de integratie-mogelijkheden met tools als Klaviyo, waardoor we loyalty en e-mailmarketing op elkaar kunnen laten aansluiten.
Voor een groeiende webshop zoals TCG Holland, waar herhaalaankopen (nieuwe sets, boosterboxen) een belangrijk deel van de omzet vormen, voelt Crowny als een tool die precies daarop inspeelt.
We zijn tevreden over de samenwerking en het gebruiksgemak.
