I have been using the paid plan for $9 a month, but the app still cannot be used and it says Not Subscribed

Just to clarify for anyone reading this review - our Shopify app comes with a free trial that allows every store owner to install it before purchasing. We even advise to test it on their own store and see how it works before choosing a paid plan. We also offer a one-on-one live call where we personally guide new users through the setup, answer questions, and advise if the app is the right fit for them.
And even more - we always follow up with a personal message after the installation where we invite every business owner to choose a time slot and catch up with us - jsut to see if the app is a good fit.
In this case, after a few days they spent in a free trial - the store moved to the $9/month plan - I guess - without even trying the free trial. We reached out by email with an invitation to book a call, but unfortunately received no reply.
Since the review translation says that the app cannot be used — after I posted a reply, the review was changed from 应用无法使用 to the one above. And since the owner of the review is not responding, I’m just guessing that because they unsubscribed, they are now seeing the message “not subscribed.” I can’t be sure, as I’ve invited them a couple of times to catch up and solve any issues, but got no feedback.
Still we have te respond that our app is already used successfully by many curtain and blind businesses in the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, France, Belgium and multiple other countries. It is fully functional and designed to support entrepreneurs at every single step.
