Discount Depot has helped me offer different price levels based on customer tags. The price levels are done by way of a flat discount, either by percentage or fixed value. There are more features that I look forward to utilizing in the future.
So far, the support has been prompt and clear. It seems this developer cares about it's users and their experience.

Ankit and his team are amazing, we had some issues getting the app to work with our custom theme and they well and truly went above and beyond with their support, even looked into some customisations for us which unfortunately weren't possible at this point. This app provides functions that cant be done in built-in shopify function for automatic discount, and their customer supports always active when I have inquiry/concerns.
