We are a B2B e-com wholesaler about to launch with Shopify in Australia. Custlo has enabled us to be able to lock the customer account screen as all data is required to be stored and updated in our ERP. We wanted an extra customisation and within 24 hours working with Sunil in support this was achieved. I would recommend this app to another B2B business using Shopify.
The native Shopify account page is pretty "weak" and doesn't match the branded professional look of most sites. We added Custlo to improve the look and feel of the page. The app enabled us to add things that are important to customers, for example an easy way to reorder or to see rewards points.
We have worked with customer service several times and they are always willing to assist us.
I had a great experience with Custlo and their support team. They were responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the setup and testing process. They took the time to understand my requirements, helped with integrations, and worked around my preferences to find the right solutions.
