Wow loving this app, i had a problem at first not because off this app but because off a old app I was using left loads of old code I message support within 20 minutes they asked for login and sorted the problems i also asked if they could Customise the app and they did now it’s even more perfect it solved a problem where customers would keep asking how to use there loyalty now with this app it’s in all there customers accounts because off the integration with my loyal app
Amazing Customer account page upgrade, gives you unparalleled customisation and control over literally every facet of you customers account page. colours, actual layout, what options they have and a detailed menu builder, you can even directly link shopify pages for customers to use quickly. It is actually amazing. Multiple types of apps can be integrated to work alongside CustomerHub too eg; Wishlist's and loyalty apps, if there is an app you want to integrate they have that option so the team can work on it for you. Also has an amazing array of analytics to keep track of how your customers are handling and using your setup. Truly worth every dollar. To the team behind CustomerHub, well done, the only thing id like to see changed, is every time you alter and save settings in say the "Style" tab it saves and then returns to the "Menu Builder" tab. Only a slight inconvenience but can consume considerable time when you save, preview changes and then go back to alter colour choices. Otherwise i absolutely love this program, thank you immensely.

We've gone ahead and made your suggested change. You'll now be able to update multiple colors in the styling tab, save, and won't be taken back to the menu builder tab.

Le meilleur pour moi, jai dabord essaye une application plus cher mais cetait difficile a implementer. Jai desinstalle et installe cette application, non seulement elle est moins couteuse et en un clic tout etait parametre dans ma boutique. Ma page client est beaucoup plus professionnelle. Merci , je ne peux que recommander cette application. Elle epouse directement le theme et les couleurs de votre boutique.

It has been extremely annoying and frustrating for us that Shopify does not provide a proper customer account area, so we really appreciate what the developers have done with this application. It looks good and the pricing is very fair. We shall continue to use the application.

This is a brilliant app, super easy to use with absolute stand-out customer service. They respond quickly and take time to explain everything like an actual human. Hi, thanks so much for feedback and so sorry for the bad experience. I've sent through an email and replied directly to your shopify case yesterday to help. Unfortunately it looks like my previous email response to the Shopify case may not have made it to you though.
I did reply to the case and once we saw that the email was seen, we expected you'd received the email and had no other questions. I've since spoken to the Shopify support team and they let us know that they'd seen the email reply from us, but it may not have alerted you so you may not have seen it and had a bad experience. So I've requested the Shopify team also reach out to you in your original case with my previous reply. I've also replied to that email and cc'd you into it to be on the safe side.
It would be great if we hear back from you and can answer any other questions you have.

Not sure why they didn't alert you but glad we've been able to answer all of your questions and make some further recommendations on Shopify customization and support.

Previously I had issue with the store credit feature integrated into customer hub. I sought help by sending email and someone came to help me immediately, thanks Ezra. Now all issues have been fixed promptly. Customer Hub is still the best one out there. I tried to use other customer login page, they charged very high price and not as nice as Customer Hub.
Thanks so much for the review and so sorry to hear you didn't receive a reply from me. I've gone back through our emails and it looks like we may just not have received your initial email. So I've just sent through an email to help, and if you'd be happy to re-install the app, we can request access to look into and fix up the Credit Yard integration to make sure that's working as expected for you. I can also have a look into the mini account widget as we do have in-built settings to display that widget on the bottom left, right and middle of the website, so we can shift that into a different location for you or toggle it off completely if preferred.
Hope to hear from you shortly and have this all fixed up :)
UPDATE:
Thanks so much for re-installing our app and allowing us access to look into this for you. After a quick look it was found that the app 'Credit Yard' had simply been toggled off and the widgets were not active on the website. Because of this, there was no content for our app to display. Once the Credit Yard app had to toggled back on, our app was able to load the content with no issue at all.
Thanks again for granting access and we're glad we were able to sort this out for you and you're able to enjoy our app.

The customer portal looks great and works flawlessly - but my favorite part about this app is the support. Ezra and the CustomerHub team are quick and willing to provide support! There's room for extensibility with some custom coding and a decent amount of documentation to reference. Highly recommend CustomerHub.
The Portal is flawless, very responsive, quick to load, has many integrations with other software and the team is on-hands and promptly replies to get on-boarded! I would recommend it to anyone who needs a custom customer portal.
I found this app after trying a couple of others and I felt it really suited what I wanted for my customers. It's easy to use, clear and has the basic functions needed to make the accounts page compliment your website.
If you need customer service, Ezra is quick to reply and the team is always ready to help. Really recommend this app.

Customer Accounts Hub is an excellent app, but what really stands out is the amazing customer service I received from CustomerHub. The app was not mobile optimized for my particular theme. Ezra, the co-founder, provided the amazing customer service and was ready to fix it right up.

What a wonderful app! I have been looking for an app with these functions for a long time. Everything is very customizable according to your needs. The great thing is that the customer service is great too! I had a little problem on the site and they were very kind and very efficient. They solved everything in a few moments with great competence. Other super positive things is that this app have a lot of other app integration! Very good! Not only does this app work seamlessly, but it's also easy to set up, and greatly enhances our customer experience. I can not say enough about the support team.
