Help me, the custom fields doesn't appear in Debutify theme, please help

Edit: We've tried to reach out to this customer in every possible way but unfortunately she/he did not reply to us. Our app works fine with Debutify theme and even if the theme has some additional modification, we are always here to make customization on our end.
This is a family-run business and we always put the customer satisfaction and customer support at first. We offer live support too for 7 days.

It's an amazing plugin! It does exactly what it says it does. Though there is feature that is missing for me to say its perfect - displaying the fields based on metafields used in a product. Also great customer support!

Wow. A free app the has no strings attatched! I couldn’t believe it. This app is amazing. I wanted to add a simple personalization option to our listings so that customers can add their names to have personalized on our products. It sounds simple, but as it turns out with many Shopify add ons, most 3rd party add one want to charge a monthly fee. (I’m ok with paying a one time fee for an add on to support the developers, but most places charge around 10 does a month for their add ons, which just isn’t fair.)I couldn’t believe when I found one that is truly free. And it works beautifully. Their customer support is very fast in replying and so far I am very happy with their app. I hope these developers put out more apps for Shopify.
dosent even work when you add more than 3 fields

Great app - excellent customer support. Friendly attitude and does exactly what I want it too.
This app was easy to install, and sync products into it. Support chat is manned. I just got help at 10pm. :) I haven't got too deep in yet but so far so good!

This app has been amazing to SIMPLY add customised fields. No code....nothing. You can set up multiple fields with varying purposes and select the product/s and/or categories you want each field to apply to. They also respond to queries quickly too.
