Design your invoices without code: eight layouts, then your logo, colours, fonts and wording, previewed exactly as it prints. Then each one is treated as the legal record it is. Every document takes the next number in an unbroken sequence and is frozen when it issues. Refunds get their own credit note; the original is never rewritten. Send them yourself or automatically, PDF attached and delivery tracked. Net-terms orders are invoiced when placed, with due date and amount owing.
