Worst app ever! Response is slow and product is stuck for 25 days in production...give me a lot of excuses that it's holiday/lost in courier/still in production..so disappointed with them! Do not install!

Regarding your orders, you made 16 orders in our app. In these 16 orders, 3 orders were shipped in 3 days, 7 orders were shipped in 5 days, 5 orders were shipped in 10-12 days, only one order shipped more than 20 days.

However, the average delivery time for these 16 orders was still within 7 days. The particularly slow production of one order was due to the product's craftsmanship, which requires multiple processes such as cutting and plating, While we had reminded you before production of that product could take a long time to make.

Because of different procedures, the production time can be different too. Hope you can understand! We make customized products and will ship them to you quickly in the future.
