Daasity Reporting & Analytics

We were excited about Daasity because we have a number of custom reporting needs given the fact that we use a lot of bundles, and also have both DTC and wholesale running through our Shopify site. The sales team sold us on a custom setup. Unfortunately, the implementation was possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Not only was there and almost complete lack of project management and QC that required untold hours of our teams time, but after six months we were still nowhere near completion and to make matters worse, Daasity informed us that we would have to pay thousands of dollars more in order to finish the originally scoped project (!) It also appears that something is happening at the company, given that almost the entire team we were working with, including their cofounder, left the company suddenly and without a word of notice during our implementation period. Needless to say, we terminated our contract. If you need a custom implementation I would advise you to run away.

An amazingly powerful tool for eCommerce merchants looking to empower their teams with data - no SQL skills necessary. Honestly, Daasity accomplished for us in a matter of weeks what usually takes months and tens of thousands of dollars to build. Its an off the shelf data model that is more sophisticated and powerful than anything we would have built on our own at this point. It provides an amazing opportunity for young businesses to have a best-in-class data model usually reserved for much larger companies. Love the product and the support team is fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

Daasity has been a fantastic solution for us that has allowed us to connect multiple data sources (Shopify (including ReCharge), GA, Klayvio, ZenDesk and more) into a single data warehouse. The Daasity team have been fantastic partners. They allowed us to scale up fast, and they have deep eCommerce expertise to create customization that has proven to be transformative for our business.

We have initially signed with Daasity in February of this year after a robust sales process that promised us a solution that fit our business. We were also charged an onboarding/setup fee. As we reached November, our installation was simply not working with the features we spec'ed out from the get-go, and we received a constant stream of excuses and delays, while being charged for the service.

Daasity has been immensely helpful in providing a holistic view on our data. We were unable to see all tactics; marketing, net and gross revenue, returns and warehouse inventory all together -- Daasity was able to provide that along with wonderful customer support in creating dashboards to parse through the data. It's really helped revolutionize our business -- making us smarter and more efficient!

Daasity is a great platform to use because of its ease and accessibility. As we are a small team, we opted for premium support which was a big help to onboard us to the platform and have a rep that could really help us navigate the system to provide us with the most useful metrics. I highly recommend this platform if you would like data that is streamlined in the most logical way to provide you the most useful insights.

Daasity has made multi-channel and multi brand reporting so easy. It is the only tool we have found capable visualizing data from all of our sources into one place; Shopify, Amazon, Facebook and Google advertising, as well as the corresponding site metrics. Automated report distribution keeps all of our team members up to date. The premium customer support is worth it and has been a great help in building custom reports.

As analytic based marketers, we were looking for a tool that allowed us to have robust analytics capabilities within our startup environment. It's simply the most cost effective way to build a comprehensive set of tools that allow for insightful, data driven action. We leverage the data from Daasity for internal decisions, board discussions, and investor presentations, without incurring the costs of Analytics headcount.

Daasity has truly helped us pull back the curtain and analyze accurate, in-depth, insightful e-comm data.
