It's built primarily for date-sensitive stores — bakeries, florists, meal kits, fresh food, and local delivery. You set a daily cutoff time, preparation (lead) time, and blackout dates. The chosen date is saved to the order and shown on the order page, thank-you page, and confirmation email, so your team always knows when to fulfil it.
